How to go through the holidays when there is a loss

Life can be challenging; yet our capacity for growth and healing can help us move forward and have a meaningful life.

I am a clinical psychologist and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a culturally diverse multilingual psychotherapy practice in the San Francisco Bay Area. I have over 35+ years of experience working with individuals who are at crossroads and/or feel lost or stuck and don't know what to do with their relationships, school, work/career, parenting, and life in general. I have expertise in the treatment of traumatic experiences, PTSD, loss, life transitions; and on resilience, posttraumatic growth, spirituality and multiculturalism.

A special focus of my practice is on training and consulting to professionals and corporations on diversity-related issues, Disaster Mental Health and Psychological First Aid. I‘m also an expert commentator for mental health issues on the media. In addition to psychotherapy, I’m available for training workshops, lectures and consultations nationally and internationally.

You are welcome to contact me to explore the possibility of working together.

With best wishes,
